America's Financial Collapse

I have been saying since the fall of 2008, that the economic crises concerning the then housing bubble and the ensuing bailout programs would be child's play compared to what would come about 3 or 4 years later, which is about now (Nov. 2011)! I have also been trying to persuade all those who would listen since 2009 to buy as much gold as they could, when it was around $800 an ounce. Do you think that was a good idea?

I said that the housing prices would continue to drop for years in most places in the US and would probably never recover, but that the bigger worries would be the collapsing of the municipal bond markets including that of the Federal Government, because of the extreme indebtedness of all municipalities, and the decreasing revenue stream because of higher unemployment and small business failures, but in the end, that the worst of all economic disasters for the US would be, the US dollar losing its world "reserve currency" status, which would mean the crash of the US dollar, which would in effect cause the world's currencies to crash as well, thus the ushering in of a new world global currency touting to be the fix, and the chip or tattoo needed to participate in that new "cashless" monetary system and society of the New World Order! You must crash and/or do away with the old world system (order) for the new world (order) system to begin!!

It seems as if my calculations were correct, as we are now seeing this default of municipalities coming to pass!

The simple question must be asked why would the other nations of the world decide to stop using the US dollar as the "reserve currency" and push for a new "global world currency"?

The simple answer is the devaluation of the dollar because the FED (Federal Reserve System and its IRS that is not who you think they are) has been printing dollars out of thin air and paying government debts. The technical term is called "monetizing the debt" and/or "quantitative easing"! This is their way of lending a helping hand to the crises they invented!

"Quantitative easing" is little more than legalized cheating. For a moment, imagine that the global economy is a giant game of Monopoly. Essentially what Bernanke has done is that he has just reached under the table and has slipped another $600 billion on to his pile of money, hoping that the rest of the players will not call him out on it. The rest of the world has heavily invested in the U.S. dollar and in U.S. Treasuries, and this new quantitative easing program is going to devalue all of those holdings. If the Federal Reserve continues to go down the road of monetizing U.S. government debt, other nations are rapidly going to get spooked and will soon refuse to invest in U.S. dollars and U.S. Treasuries. Who is the world really in debt to? You should know the answer to this question as it will enlighten you to what is really going on in the world!

What I do recommend, and what I have been recommending since 1998, is the purchasing of gold and silver temporarily and getting out of all paper assets!! But most of all I strongly recommend stockpiling food and getting a source of water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
